who we are

dalsson is an independent Workday practice based in Malmö, Sweden. we are the data controller for the personal data described on this page. full company details are on the imprint page.

the short version

this website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. we only hold personal data you choose to give us: when you book a call, send us an email, or become a client. we keep it for as long as the relationship needs it, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to show, correct or delete it at any time.

what we collect, and why

when you visit the site

the site is a static page served by Vercel. Vercel processes your IP address and standard request data to deliver the page and to protect against abuse, and keeps server logs for a short period. we do not use cookies, session storage, analytics or advertising pixels. fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the fonts load; we plan to self host the fonts to remove this.

when you book a call

bookings run through Calendly. Calendly collects your name, email address, the time you choose and anything you write in the booking form, and shares it with us. Calendly's own privacy notice applies to their processing. legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)).

when you email or call us

we keep your name, contact details and the content of the conversation so we can reply and follow up. legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and developing our business (GDPR article 6(1)(f)).

when you become a client

we process the contact and contractual data needed to deliver the engagement. where an engagement gives us access to your Workday tenant and the employee data inside it, we act as processor on your behalf under a data processing agreement, and that agreement governs what we may do with it. we never use client tenant data to train or improve our AI tooling.

when you apply to work with us

we keep applications and the notes we make during the process for up to twelve months after the decision, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or agree that we keep them longer.

who else sees your data

some of these providers are based in the United States. where that is the case, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. we do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

how long we keep it

enquiry and booking data: until the enquiry is resolved and for up to twenty four months afterwards, so we can pick up the thread if you come back. client data: for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for as long as Swedish accounting and limitation rules require, typically seven years for invoicing records. you can ask us to delete anything sooner where we have no legal duty to keep it.

your rights

you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, hand it over in a portable format, or stop processing it where we rely on legitimate interest. write to partners@dalsson.com and we will respond within one month. if you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Swedish supervisory authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), at imy.se, or to the authority in the country where you live.

changes

if we change how we handle personal data, we update this page and the date at the top. material changes for existing clients are communicated directly.
